The agreement between you and CaribbeanCert when you use our training, certification and verification services.

By accessing and using CaribbeanCert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
02Use license
Permission is granted to access the materials on CaribbeanCert for personal or commercial training purposes. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
03User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
05Certificates
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificates remain valid for one year from the issue date unless otherwise specified.
06Payments & refunds
Course fees are charged at the time of enrollment. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no more than 25% of the course has been completed.
